We are seeking an experienced and driven Logistics Manager to oversee the end-to-end fulfillment of orders for our eBike business. This role is critical in ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of eBikes, parts, and accessories to our dealers, distributors, and direct-to-consumer customers worldwide. The ideal candidate combines deep logistics expertise with a passion for operational excellence and sustainable mobility.
Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain & Transportation Management/Order Fulfillment:
Ensure successful completion of dealer orders from order placement to order fulfillment, monitor and regular reporting for on time, accuracy and order fulfillment speed.
Plan, manage, and optimize the transportation of eBikes, batteries, and components and final destinations and ensuring the on time delivery.
Support in the Selection, negotiation, and help manage freight forwarders, 3PLs, and carriers for ocean, air, and ground transport. -
Develop strategies to minimize transit time, costs, and environmental impact.
Import/Export & Compliance:
Oversee import/export documentation and customs compliance across North America- including US, CAN, MX and South America.
Ensure compliance with regulations around lithium-ion battery transport (UN38.3, IATA, DOT).
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trade tariffs, duties, and international shipping restrictions.
Inventory & Warehouse Coordination:
Optimize inventory turns and proactively manage aging inventory. Reporting and managing with team to minimize excess inventory and ensure satisfactory levels of safety stock.
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with global warehouses and fulfillment partners.
Partner with supply planning and operations teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Implement systems and processes to track and report stock movements in real time.
Process Optimization & Systems/Data Analytics and Reporting:
Identify and implement continuous improvements across logistics operations, from shipping accuracy to cost control. Improve reverse logistics process for damage claims, DOA etc. Help to coordinate logistics for battery recycle program.
Metric reporting: Develop and manage KPIs around on-time delivery, freight spend, and inventory accuracy.
Partner with IT and operations teams to enhance ERP/WMS integration and visibility.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing and After-Sales teams to forecast demand and ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Support new product launches by coordinating logistics readiness, packaging, and customs strategy.
Lead communication on logistics timelines and constraints with internal and external stakeholders.
Serve as the escalation point for complex order or customer issues, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
Take active ownership from PO receipt to customer invoicing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and excellent service standards.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply ChainManagement, Logistics, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
6+ years of logistics, supply chain, or operations management experience in consumer electronics, automotive, or outdoor products-preferably eMobility or eBike sector.
Strong understanding of international freight, customs, and regulatory compliance.
Experience managing lithium-ion battery shipments strongly preferred.
Proficiency with ERP and logistics software (SAP, NetSuite, or similar) and ability to learn custom-built software.
Strong ability in reporting and data analysis with PowerBI, Excel
Strong ownership and sense of responsibility to identify pain points and make recommendations on how to improve processes and drive process improvements with collaborative mindset.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator located in our expanding production facility in Denton, TX. The role involves coordinating daily supply chain operations, ensuring accurate inventory levels, coordinating shipping and delivery schedules, and maintaining effective communication with vendors and stakeholders. The Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator will assist with monitoring 3rd party performance metrics, resolving logistical challenges, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordination of material transportation (purchase orders, transfer orders) of raw materials, supplies, and equipment between transportation companies, vendors, production centers, distribution centers, 3PLs, and cold storage locations to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
Monitor stock levels, handle allocation of goods, and implement measures to avoid stockouts or overstocks.
Communicates and responds to inquires with the different supply chain sites (RJW, cold storage, third party manufacturing, internal warehousing, and internal production) and assists to maintain continuity of supply, product quality, and cost management.
Research and resolution of root cause problems and assist with implementation of corrective actions that are intended to elevate service levels and/or drive efficiencies in the supply chain.
Improves processes and costs for the logistics of materials to ensure accurate data (quantity, dates) in ERP system for arrivals.
Experience and Education:
2+ years of relevant experience in supply chain or logistics.
College degree in supply chain, logistics, supply chainmanagement or engineering preferred
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with vendors, team members, and customers.
Proficient in Analytical Skills to interpret data, optimize processes, and anticipate supply chain challenges.
Proficiency in Inventory Management practices, including monitoring stock levels and ensuring accurate documentation.

Materials Planning and Inventory Manager - MPI Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for learning how to read and reading production schedules specific to OM Partners and inventory reports to determine availability of inventory needed, quantity, and priority.
Directly responsible for accuracy of on hand inventory.
Must manage the Open Purchase Order (PO) report and responsible for pushing and pulling POs in their plant.
Confers with Warehouse manager to determined status of daily inbounds and informs necessary management of inbound status.
Prepare and place POs for replenishment of inventory.
Work with vendors to expedite shipments and resolve shipping issues.
Work with freight carriers to assure on-time delivery and resolve invoice discrepancies.
Responsible for managingSupplier Corrective Action Reports (SCARs) within their plant and obtaining root causes , corrective actions, credit for nonconforming inventory, and dispositions.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree
3 to 5 years purchasing experience
Retail, Packaging, or Industrial Distribution inventory management experience
Detailed-oriented with an ability to analyze and understand large volumes of data
Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure
Proficient with Excel spreadsheets. Proven AS400 experience preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Excellent communication skills. Ability to read and interpret documents such as sales reports, operating instructions, and training and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, costs, proportions, and volumes.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram (graphic) form. Ability to solve a variety of problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited information or standardization exists.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Employee is regularly required to walk and talk and hear, stand, and sit. Vision requirements include: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT

Job Description
Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of Finance & Business Support, responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Purchasing
Oversee and participate in the procurement of materials, equipment, supplies and services necessary to support the Hotel
Lead and develop purchasing team, providing training and performance management
Supervise all procurement activities and approve purchase orders to ensure compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures
Manage the receipt of all incoming products; including verifying products have the proper quality, proper weight, agreed upon quantity and appropriate temperature, as applicable
Timely ensure the receipt and closure all POs through either direct action or administrative oversight
Manage vendor set ups in both the back office system (Oracle GFS) and the Purchasing System (Birchstreet), to include proper vendor activation in both systems and interface
Collaborate with departments to anticipate demand and coordinate purchasing activities, including short lead Banquet requirements to ensure sufficient stock, and coordinate orders with each department
Attend BEO meetings for large groups or those with special requirements
Act as liaison with Entegra representative (or current Group Procurement Manager) to ensure approved vendors perform per contract, property is maximizing approved vendor usage and off brand vendors and services are pushed into the current Group Procurement Manager program, as an official vendor
Negotiate and qualify non Group Procurement Manager (currently Entegra) suppliers to ensure reasonable and appropriate to service the Hotel including facilities inspections, certificates of insurance, product specs in alignment with the standard, and other key performance metrics, and ensure maximum company benefit
Initiate cost reductions through standardization of materials, value analysis and seek opportunities for new or improved products or services. Present to the appropriate Division/Department Heads
Communicate temporary product substitutions or brand standard changes and perform a cost analysis
Ensure prompt payment of invoices through expeditiously addressing pending clarification invoices, actively addressing vendor concerns and reconciling statements, daily invoice scanning to the shared services mailbox (CASD) and working closely with the A/P team
Communicate and lead the monthly inventory process in accordance with the SOP
Produce and distribute a daily F&B cost report and work closely with the Chef and F&B Director to perform an analysis of the cost vs. sales as per the SOP and reconcile back to the G/L.
Place liquor, beer, and wine orders as required. Work closely with TABC vendors and manage beverage invoices from order to payment and ensure 100% compliance with TABC Credit Law, as per the local SOP
Update the purchasing system (Birchstreet) with the current monthly forecast and ensure department leaders are trained in check book management, and facilitate and track purchasing user training
Manage user access, approval routing and Birchstreet matrix
Maintain the contract critical date list in Contract Works and lead contract termination, renewals and negotiations
Successful complete all other tasks as assigned
Operations/Management
Supervise supply areas and have working knowledge of inventory system
Maintain productivity and labor cost goals
Chair daily pre-shift and monthly department communications meetings
Achieve EES objectives and develop action plans for department; including improving communications, coaching, mentoring and task accomplishment
Follow-up on departmental health and safety standards
Ensure all company standards and product specifications are maintained
Comply at all times with Fairmont standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations
Train and supervise Receiving Clerks and Storekeepers
Operate in compliance with all Local, State/Provincial, and Federal laws and government regulations
Manage and/or schedule department personnel
Attend various property meetings and communicate relevant departmental and or purchasing updates
Track F&B purchases and report F&B cost updates
Customer Service/Other
Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner
Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform and name tag
Adherence to corporate standards as set forth by the brand
Qualifications
Graduate of a Hotel Management, Business Program or related degree
3-5 years of leadership experience in purchasing, with at least 2 years in the hospitality industry - preferably for a large hotel, resort, or convention facility
Familiar with all Local, State/Provincial, and Federal laws and government regulations - not limited to import regulations, brokers and customs, food and liquor, Health, and employment/workplace safety.
General knowledge of equipment and supplies used in a hotel environment including food and beverage products, alcoholic and non-alcoholic
Experience with BirchStreet eProcurement/Inventory/Recipe system
Understanding of basic accounting practices
Experience with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, as well as purchasing/accounting software, and labor control software (i.e. Watson, Timesaver)
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organizational and administrative skills
Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Physical Aspects of Position include but are not limited to the following:
