About the role:
Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. Here, a commitment to customer service and quality is expected. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a plasma donor screener and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.
How you will contribute:
· You will answer phones, and greet and focus on our donors, while ensuring the safety of donors and our team.
· You will screen new and repeat donors and take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
· You will use our Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
· You will help identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company approved procedures.
· You will be there for our donors, which includes working a variety of shifts, Saturdays and Sundays, and holidays.
What you bring to Takeda:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
· Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays
· Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
· Ability to lift to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.

• One year of experience as a peer support is preferred, but not required
• Must have a valid driver's license, automobile, and insurance sufficient to meet agency requirements
• Must pass a driving record background check to be eligible to drive in the community during work hours
• Must have knowledge of resources available to the people served in the Peer Support Program
• Meet all the employee requirements including references, criminal background check, drug test, and driver's license check.

The RFP Technical Response Specialist is a technical professional position within the Enterprise Technical & Innovation division. Oversees the development of proposals and/or other documents describing Baxter products and services in response to requests from prospective clients and/or current clients when up for renewal
Analyzes and understand the requirements of Request for Pricing (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs), and Security Questionnaires and plan and craft responses that adequately meet and address these requirements
Writes and edits proposal for readability, consistency, and appropriate tone describing company capabilities, management approach, and/or past performance
Collaborates with Subject Matter Experts and corporate personnel, developing and writing technical and management content for responses that are compliant with the proposal requests

Under supervision, this position will work closely with our Benefit Specialist program staff, Resource Center staff and community stakeholders. This position will spend much of the time in the community providing presentations and resource sharing.

* Communicates with consumers, staff, and community partners on a variety of topics related to Medicare programs.
* Establishes and maintains list of community resources available for consumers and directs consumers to appropriate resources.

* Maintains and/or schedules appointments and calendars for a variety of upcoming presentations, follows through with required action, and tracks and monitors activities to ensure completion.

The Court Support team works with courts all throughout the country to ensure that upwards of 100,000+ court filings / month make it back into our system in a timely manner.
