Project & Vendor Support Assist in technology-related projects, such as system upgrades or new software rollouts. Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers for IT support and maintenance. Recommend and help implement technology solutions to improve office efficiency. Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred. 2+ years of IT support or help desk experience in an office environment. Proficiency in Windows and/or Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common business software. Basic knowledge of networking, servers, and cybersecurity practices. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of assisting non-technical staff.
