This role offers technical challenges to implement and support smart home systems that enhance the lives of those in our community. There will always be opportunities to grow technically and professionally. Some technicians in other branches have progressed to be Project managers and Sales personnel.
What You'll Be Doing
Install, configure, and service integrated AV, lighting, shades, networking, cameras, and home automation systems
Interact with customers, trade partners, and contractors in the most professional manner
Install and terminate low-voltage cabling, panels, and junction boxes
Troubleshoot audio, video, networking, and control systemsboth simple and complex
Interpret project blueprints and system schematics to execute installations accurately
Ensure clean, code-compliant, and high-performance installations at client sites
Communicate daily progress and issues to the Project Manager
Act as the on-site point of contact for clients, designers, builders, and architects
Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in excellent condition
Mentor and lead junior technicians as needed
Deliver service that meets Daisys standards for quality, reliability, and professionalism
What You Bring to the Team
High school diploma or equivalent
5 to 7 years of AV/Networking /Technology Integration Experience
Competitive candidates will have proven capacity in several of the following areas: Lighting, Shading, Networks / Wi-Fi, Indoor/Outdoor Audio and Video, Home Theaters, Security (cameras/door locks), Home Assistants, and Smart Home Automation.
Experience with Control4 or Creston with smart home automation platforms is preferred
Industry-recognized certifications (CEDIA, AVIXA, manufacturer, etc.) are preferred
Bring a positive attitude, good customer service skills, a stellar work ethic, and a professional appearance to the workplace
Motivated to learn new technologies and processes
Exhibits strong management and leadership skills, capable of leading and motivating others
Demonstrates excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution
Interacts thoughtfully with people of all ages and cultural backgrounds
Must pass a drug screen and background check
Clean driving record and possession of a valid Texas drivers license and access to a reliable, insured motor vehicle
Must adhere to state and federal laws as well as abide by traffic laws while using company vehicles and/or on company business
Able to independently lift items up to 50 pounds
Capable of sitting, standing, and kneeling for extended periods of time

The Hospital Liaison serves as the primary point of contact for managing patients who return to the hospital from our facilities. This role focuses exclusively on tracking these patients, reviewing their clinical readiness, and ensuring all financial and administrative requirements are met for a timely and compliant readmission.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and track all return-to-hospital patients across assigned facilities, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
* Review clinical documentation to confirm readiness for return and collaborate with facility nursing teams.
* Act as liaison between hospitals, families, and facility staff to ensure clear communication and smooth transitions.
* Complete financial verification for readmission, including:
* Managed care authorizations
* Medicaid documentation
* Collection of outstanding balances prior to admission
* Prepare and process all readmission paperwork promptly to avoid delays.
* Provide timely facility updates to hospital discharge planners and case managers regarding patient progress and readiness.
* Generate reports on readmission trends and compliance for leadership review.
Qualifications:
* 5+ Years Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care setting required.
* Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care guidelines.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Preferred: LPN license; background in admissions or case management.
