You'll administer Construction Contracts from inception to closeout. You'll oversee scheduling, sequencing, permits, and project closeout with officials. Duties will include working with stakeholders to establish scope of work, soliciting professional services, developing specifications, reviewing proposals, and managing all aspects of the physical construction process.
