Manage multi-discipline design teams including subconsultants and strategic partners. Organize project teams and conduct ongoing meetings to validate and reinforce the tasks and goals. Establish and maintain project controls to track and measure project progress, issues, and performance. Ensure all project documentation is complete and organized. Ensure continuity through all project phases: RFP, design, bidding, permitting, construction, and commissioning. Collaborate with client to establish project schedules and deliverables. Set internal milestones and ensure the team is prepared to meet all deliverables, technical requirements, and schedules. Collaborate with design team on development of project work plans. Review and challenge work plans to maximize efficiency and proactively identify cross discipline coordination needs. Lead project progress and review meetings with client and design team. Develop and deploy project specific QA-QC plans and strategies. Ensure open coordination topics and project issues are resolved and documented accordingly. Proactively identify and solve problems. Requirements Your Requirements and Qualifications: Registration as a Professional Engineer or Architect or ability and determination to become licensed. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, from four-year college or university. Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in Engineering or Construction Management which may be related to a specific engineering discipline such as commercial, industrial, or institutional buildings. Must be available to travel occasionally. Requires the ability to pass background checks, security screenings or drug testing as required by our clients and/or Federal contracts. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Salary range of $100,000-$125,000 and will be based on several factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant.
