The Role: This position is responsible for maintaining clean and sanitary conditions in an assigned area of the facility. Duties include tasks ranging from dusting to operating floor-cleaning equipment depending on assignment What You'll Do: * Empty trash containers, dumping waste into proper receptacles. Sweep, vacuum and/or mop floors, stairs, and landings. Dust furniture, railings, ledges, etc. Dust/clean lights and fixtures * Clean tables, sinks, toilets, mirrors, windows, and other surfaces as necessary. Use a plunger to clear blockages in sinks, urinals, toilets, and drains. Fill dispensers * Perform miscellaneous jobs and small projects to support operations including such tasks as putting up tables, configuring rooms, moving furniture, sorting pallets, baling cardboard and/or plastics, loading and unloading trailers, operating the universal waste room and/or compactors, etc. * Collect and maintain necessary supplies, prepare cleaning solutions, follow safety requirements on material safety data sheets, label containers and notify Maintenance Supervisor or Senior Custodian of low supplies. Duties and Responsibilities Perform general custodial duties throughout the assigned park facilities, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and surface sanitization. Safely operate a lift to clean high areas. Empty and replace trash bags in all interior and exterior trash bins, focusing on high-traffic areas. Wipe down and sanitize tables and seating in the interior and exterior of the facilities. Clean and restock restrooms, ensuring a sanitary and presentable condition at all times. Perform litter pickup around park grounds and facility entrances. Assist with facility rental turnover: Clean and reset rooms following completed events.
