Responsibilities

Lead dashboarding and visualization efforts to ensure quality presentation of analytics.
Promote data governance, interoperability, and data quality across systems.
Collaborate with technical teams to deliver actionable insights and business intelligence solutions.

Define and design the future state of business processes, systems, and technologies to ensure alignment with strategic business goals and objectives.

Collaborate with technical teams to understand requirements, assisting in the design and delivery of solutions that provide actionable insights for business decision-making. Experience with source to data mapping helpful.
Document current state business processes, workflows, and systems in detailed process maps, user stories, and other relevant documentation. Ensure clear communication of complex business processes and solutions.
Perform gap analysis to assess the difference between the current state and the desired future state of systems, processes, and solutions. Develop and present recommendations for closing these gaps.
Partner with project and client teams, including executive stakeholders, to drive seamless client execution.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior BAs and assist with the overall project delivery, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
Identify risks and issues early in the process, provide mitigation strategies, and escalate where necessary.
Ability to participate in the development of project and assist in the timeline development for initiatives.
Promote best practices, methodologies, and tools for requirements elicitation, business analysis, and solution delivery to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field, master's beneficial.
Referenceable history of success facilitating conversations with senior leaders driven through development of concise plans and roadmaps.
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in planned or adhoc environments, virtually and in-person.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
Experience in business intelligence tools, methodologies and principles, including data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
Experience with data integration, data warehousing, and reporting technologies.
Familiarity with physical and logical data modeling techniques and data strategy development
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams and leading client-facing engagements for large and small groups, virtually and in-person.
Previous experience in the development and delivery of executive presentations.
Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with a focus on greenfield projects and/or business intelligence solutions. A total of 15 years increasing responsibility within information technology or aligned professional environments.
Strong expertise in eliciting and documenting business requirements, including use cases, user stories, and functional specifications vitalizing a variety of methods.
Demonstrated history of navigating complex organizational structures to drive through thorough analysis, review and planning on complex topics.
Proven ability in gap analysis and process optimization to drive the design of future state solutions.
Knowledge of process mapping tools and techniques (e.g., BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart).
Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, etc.) or MS PowerBI Analyst Associate are a plus.

$115,390 - $190,410 for experience greater than 10 years.

$125,880 - $207,720 for experience greater than 10 years.
All other states:

The Wisconsin Court System - CCAP is seeking up to two Implementation, Training and Support Specialists to support the rollout of statewide mandatory electronic filing (eFiling) throughout the State of Wisconsin. As mandated by the Wisconsin Supreme Court, all documents must be provided to the circuit courts in a digital format on a schedule defined by the Director of State Courts. CCAP is the IT provider for the Wisconsin Court system, and has custom developed the software that supports this mandate, and is rolling it out across the state in a multi -year implementation effort.
The Software Implementation, Training and Support Specialist will support the eFiling system for internal court system personnel, court litigants, and for members of the public. Product support will be provided in -person, over the phone, via email, or via live online chat. Implementation support will be provided on -site at any one of the county courthouses throughout the state. On -site support will include training sessions for members of the public and also for court system staff.
