Position is located within Wholesale Banking Service Delivery-Complex Servicing which supports various specialized loan portfolios such as syndicated/participation loans, Asset Based Lending, and Dealer Floorplan.
This position is responsible for designing and implementing process-oriented solutions and ensuring adequate change management and adoption across all levels of the organization. This position is responsible for driving results, enabling, and supporting teammates. 5. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key business partners with special emphasis on Business sponsors, Audit, Demand Management, Strategic Planning and members of the Senior Leadership Team.

Design and support solutions across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365 within hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Administer Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), identity governance, and MFA.
Support Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity services including Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Intune, and Defender.
Integrate identity and access controls across Azure, AWS, and on-premises environments, supporting secure authentication, authorization, and least-privilege access.
Lead cloud and collaboration migrations, including on-premises to cloud, tenant-to-tenant, and post-acquisition integrations.
Endpoint, Server & Core Infrastructure
Administer and support Windows 10 and Windows 11 enterprise endpoint environments, including mixed or partially migrated deployments.
Design, monitor and support Windows Server environments up to and including Windows Server 2022.
Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, certificates, and core identity services.
Administer virtualization platforms including VMware and Hyper-V.
Hybrid, Multi-Environment Architecture
Design and support hybrid architectures spanning on-premises infrastructure and cloud platforms.
Work within multi-forest Active Directory, multi-tenant Microsoft 365, and multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, VMware).
Partner with software development and digital teams to ensure infrastructure enables secure, scalable solutions.
Networking & Security
Design and support network infrastructure including firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, routing, switching, and access points.
Administer and support Fortinet network and security equipment.
Implement security-first architectures aligned with Zero Trust principles.
Support regulated environments including Microsoft 365 GCC High, Azure Government, and AWS GovCloud.
Participate in environments where FedRAMP and other regulatory requirements may apply.
Automation, Documentation & Leadership
Drive automation and scripting to improve reliability and reduce manual effort.
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), knowledge base articles, and fixing guides.
Provide clear ticket communication and technical guidance to collaborators.
Mentor and support other IT and technology teams across the organization.
What you bring to the Team Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
7+ years delivering enterprise IT solutions end-to-end.
7+ years diagnosing and resolving complex IT issues.
5+ years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft Azure environments.
Hands-on experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 enterprise environments, including upgrade planning and mixed deployments.
Experience handling Windows Server environments up to Server 2022.
Deep experience with Microsoft 365, including Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Defender, and Exchange.
Strong experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, certificates, and hybrid identity.
Experience designing and supporting hybrid, multi-forest, multi-tenant, and multi-cloud architectures.

Who we are looking for
We're seeking an ERP Technical Support Engineer to support our Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) ERP System. This role will support all technical aspects of our ERP ecosystem, including sites where Infor CSI is implemented and implementation of new sites. This role will develop, test, and support technical solutions to ensure that business goals are met. This role will interact and collaborate with many team members to deliver the proper ERP services using voice of customer. Typical interactions include power users, functional leads, project managers, technical and support team.

Deliver ERP system solutions to meet our business goals (solutions typically span system & security configurations, reporting, DataViews, DO, Data Lake, Forms, document & label printing/scanning, integrations, data loads, data synchronization, disaster recovery & business continuity, etc.)
Understand and analyze all business requirements, i.e. functional, performance, availability, security, etc.
Design ERP system solutions to meet requirements; participate in design reviews
Configure and develop system solutions per design specifications, participate in code/configuration reviews
Perform and assist in all required testing and remediation (unit, integration, system, user acceptance, etc.) to meet requirements
Develop proper deployment packages to be deployed to appropriate target systems (within guidelines of segregation of duties)
Provide proper ERP support, training, and maintenance:
Provide ERP-related support (mainly Tier 3, but Tier 1 & 2 as necessary) for deployed solutions; provide proper troubleshooting to resolve complex issues to keep our business optimally running, keeping collaborators informed with regular status updates as needed
Ensure proper monitoring and alerting for ERP related solutions
Create and maintain system documentation/user guides; deliver training as needed
Perform regular system updates & patching, where applicable
Ensure data quality and integrity
Identify, contribute, and implement continuous improvement opportunities, including system optimization, processes, and self-performance
Collaborate, mentor, and work with other teams to ensure all work is done with a systems approach and a one team mentality
