As the EXE System Administrator , you will be utilizing, upgrading and installing Infor EXE Technologies 5.3 or 5.6 UNIX versions for all facilities.
During system go-lives and other special events flexibility in hours and days may be required. You must be willing to travel as needed, up to 95% of time.
Responsibilities
· Researches and documents distribution system issues.
· Develops solutions for issues in conjunction with C&S and the core team of excellence
· Performs this function for all assigned C&S facilities utilizing Infor (EXE Technologies) warehouse management system software.
· Prioritizes outstanding issues from all C&S facilities utilizing Infor (EXE Technologies) warehouse management system to ensure the most pressing issues are addressed first.
· Acts as subject matter expert for all C&S facilities utilizing Infor (EXE Technologies) warehouse management system.
· Advises general managers and/or their designates on the proper set up and utilization of the EXE system.
· Creates training documents and facilitates training sessions for distribution systems as necessary.
· Participates in all activities as required with the EXE roll out team for the implementation of EXE in new C&S facilities and the conversion of existing C&S facilities from WICS to EXE.
· Works with the team to develop functional business requirements for modifications to distribution systems based upon interaction with personnel from all aspects of the business including procurement, IC, payroll, human resources, warehousing, transportation and customer support.
· Participates in all testing such as system, integration, user acceptance and simulation testing. This will include any modifications made to the software and will perform this function for all C&S distribution centers utilizing Infor (EXE Technologies) warehouse management system software.
· Has the ability to learn all system control tables, knowledge and understanding of warehouse management systems particularly Infor (EXE Technologies 5.3 or 5.6 UNIX based).
· Review, update and implement procedural changes that allow current processes to be more effective.
· Ensure all associates have the proper training and tools needed to perform the duties expected of them using the EXE system.
· Preparing the warehouse for Physical Inventory by organizing the step by step announcements and procedures and distributing them in a timely manner so that all functions are accomplished which include running all reports and supervising data entry and physical counts during the Physical Inventory.
· Work with all Managers/Supervisors to ensure that the current procedures are being followed to obtain the overall goal of accurate orders, reduced damages and mis-picks and a higher service level to our customers
· Establish and perform training for the end user on basic system functionality.
· Fully document user requirements, process design, functional design.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience
· 3 to 5 years of SA EXE systems experience is require
· Food distribution industry experience is highly desired:
o Excellent knowledge of distribution operations, receiving, shipping, loading, inventory control, transfers, cross-dock, flow through, asset tracking, OSHA, labor standards and radio frequency systems.
o Distribution knowledge including warehousing, transportation, order management, order-delivery scheduling and slotting.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as exceptional diagnostic and time management capabilities.
· Excellent presentation skills both for Warehouse management and Executives

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Evaluates customers' requirements and designs/specifies the detector focal plane packaging and cooling options. Applications range from commercial/industrial to high-reliability space/military
+ Provides analysis related to the design, development, and implementation of parts, components, and other materials for mechanical assemblies

**Qualifications & Competencies**

+ Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
