Maintain the needed maintenance in the Resort Rooms and surrounding areas. Responsibilities: Must have a willingness to accept the most effective role. Keeps equipment operational, systems and building ready for use by completing preventive maintenance schedules; maintaining maintenance records; following policies and procedures; completing repairs and installing replacement parts; reporting needed changes. Duties include maintaining existing structures and grounds.
