Amitava Das is one of the founders of Tagore in 2011, the CEO and a Board Member. Amitava has previously served as Director at both Maxlinear and at Freescale. Prior to those roles Amitava held senior engineering roles at Motorola and Freescale developing 2.5G/3G RF IC Circuits and Modules which shipped in large volumes in cellular phones. Earlier is his career, Amitava was an Associate professor at the Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay. Amitava holds a Ph.D., in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, an M.S. in EE from University of Akron and EE undergraduate degree from Jadavpur University.

Dr. Rajesh Ghosh is a Chief Power Electronics Engineer at Tagore Technology and is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. He has worked as Staff Electrical Engineer at American Power Conversion (APC) by Schneider Electric; Technical Consultant at enArka India Pvt. Ltd., Enstin labs, Ati Motors; and Electrical Engineer at GE Global Research Center, Bangalore. Rajesh studied at Jadavpur University between 1995 and 2000, Indian Institute of Technology/Kanpur between 2000 and 2001, and Indian Institute of Science (IISc) between 2004 and 2007.
