CONTROLS TECHNICIAN C SHIFT Mon Tues 4:30pm to 4:30am & Friday Saturday 4:30am to 4:30pm Provide technical support for new controls systems installations in manufacturing and assembly plants. Assist with installation, programming, testing, and debugging of electrical equipment and systems. Follow established and defined processes and procedures to complete basic projects and solve problems of limited scope. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develops and directs procedures and methods to ensure quality standards are met and Compile and analyze operational test data to resolve performance issues. Perform controls troubleshooting and confer with controls engineers and other team members to resolve problems. Provide technical information concerning calibration, programming and machine setup. Install design modifications as required. Maintain critical environmental and process controls. Maintain project documents using approved methodology, tools, and templates. Participate on project teams supporting activities related to controls issues. Analyze test data and reports to determine if design meets functional and performance specifications. A mindful eye to personal safety concerns (Lock-out tag out practices) Provide support to Controls Engineer as requested. Assist in the development and training of plant maintenance personnel in the area of controls systems. All other duties as assigned EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent experience. Years of Experience: 2+ years progressive controls experience in an automotive manufacturing or assembly facility. Long Description The Assembly Controls Technician will provide support, leadership and direction to the Maintenance Technicians and perform Controls function for the Assembly Department. The Assembly Controls Technician will support and carry out the assignments and responsibilities given them by the Controls & Robotics Engineering Manager or his/her designees, and you shall devote your full time, skill and attention to the business of the Company. Robot Technician WeatherTech Direct is seeking well-qualified Robot Technicians to perform configurations on the robotic systems and troubleshoot errors on the thermoforming machines in the Production department.
