Extensive related experience may be considered in lieu of education. Prior experience with children in a school setting; special education preferred, but not required. Ability to follow teacher direction and written plans, and work effectively in a team setting to meet individual student needs. Appropriate organizational and oral / written communication skills. Willingness to work with necessary office or classroom equipment / technology. Physical ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. Additional Information: Pay Rates: The anticipated starting rates for this position are as follows based on the highest degree achieved: High School: starting $19.00 to $20.00 Associates/60+ college credits: $21.50 to $24.00 Bachelor's: $22.00 to $24.50 Master's: $22.50 to $25.00
