This position provides administrative, operational, and systems support for the Office of Capital Planning and Facilities (OCPF). Under the direction of the Assistant Commissioner, this position coordinates office operations, supports facilities information systems and financial workflows, and assists OCPF staff and program managers in carrying out agency programs and projects. The position serves as a primary point of contact for internal administrative coordination and works closely with colleges, administrative services, vendors, and other state agencies to support effective and efficient operations. RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordinates day-to-day administrative and operational activities for OCPF, serving as a primary point of contact for office operations. * Assists with scheduling, calendars, meetings, conferences, peer group activities, and internal work sessions. * Maintains official office records, files, and contact lists in accordance with agency and state requirements. * Supports the administration and use of facilities information systems and business applications, including Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, project and capital planning systems, and other related applications. * Maintains data, reports, and tracking tools related to projects, purchasing, contracts, capital programs, and other facilities initiatives. * Coordinates administrative and financial workflows related to purchasing, contracts, payments, reimbursements, allotments, and bond-related activities. * Serves as an administrative liaison with colleges, administrative services, vendors, and other state agencies on facilities and project-related matters. * Provides office-based administrative and coordination support to OCPF program managers and staff. * Assists with internal and external communications and preparation of materials for meetings, committees, and governing bodies. * Represents OCPF on committees or work groups as assigned. * Performs other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * Associate degree or equivalent credential in business, information systems, or a related field and Three (3) years of relevant professional experience in administrative, operational, or systems support.     The Georgia National Guard's Air Dominance Center (ADC), located at the Savannah Combat Training Readiness Center, provides combat aircraft units from across the Department of Defense an environment whereby participants, in a fully integrated, cross-domain, joint concept, can train to exploit the unique characteristics of air, space, maritime, and cyberspace to deliver dominance across a vast range of operational environments. Large force exercises, hosted at least quarterly at the ADC, bring dozens of aircraft and hundreds of military personnel from across the country for temporary assignment in Savannah's International Airport to train in vast instrumented airspace, benefit from advanced Air Combat Training Systems and facilities, and live in the comfortable surroundings provided at the training center weeks at a time. Because of its modern conferencing space, lodging, and dining capabilities, the ADC also plays host to multiple national level meetings hosting hundreds of attendees. Supported by a conglomeration of full and part time Air National Guardsmen, federal contractors, and state employees, the ADC has been recognized as the premier fighter integration training center in the country as well as a preferred conferencing location for the Department of Defense and other state and federal agencies. The ADC is looking for a customer-focused Dining Facility Manager to oversee the preparation and feeding of visiting personnel (deployments with up to 800 personnel at a time) and will be responsible for ensuring that well balanced meals are provided on a daily basis for students attending the CRTC TDC School. The TDC School operates over 300 days per year with up to 48 students. Typical responsibilities of the Dining Facility Manager will include: * Managing facility, equipment, supplies, personnel, and subsistence inventory. * Coordinating food operations requirements with military units before deploying to the CRTC for training. * Interacting and supporting units during deployment by ordering/issuing subsistence, collecting paperwork, and direct redeployment of food service operations. * Performing role of Building Manager.     View Point Health is a partner with DBHDD that provides individual and group counseling, medication management, recovery and crisis stabilization services for behavioral health and developmental disabilities. We serve adult clients with psychiatric crisis intervention and stabilization services as well as substance use disorders. We offer a multidisciplinary approach to treatment services. Our recovery approach is with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mental health clinical support services, substance use support and medication management. Our goal is to provide person-centered care and utilize a trauma-informed approach to our client and their treatment. A Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) operates 24 hours/7 days a week (including weekends and holidays) to provide a safe and structured environment for clients experiencing a mental health crisis. The services are like residential treatment but provide a higher level of care due to the acuity of the clients who are in crisis. Our units operate much like a psychiatric hospital. A client typically stays at the CSU about 7-10 days to ensure he/she is stable from the prompting event of their crisis prior to discharge. Clients do not leave the facility during their stay with us. Additionally, we offer a Temporary Observation Unit (TOU) at the Adult Crisis Stabilization Unit. In our TOU area, we provided evaluation services within a 23-hour period to determine whether an admission to the Crisis Stabilization Unit or inpatient psychiatric facility is needed or if the client would be able to be stabilized with more intensive outpatient (rather than inpatient/hospital) service setting. During time on TOU a client may or may not be on an involuntary status and will be assessed by a nurse, physician, and clinician. A paraprofessional and CPS may also provide services during this time to assess the clients' overall needs and level of care. In addition to the initial assessment, clinicians may also provide crisis intervention services, individual and family counseling services as well as case management to assist in determining client plan at end of their 23 hours stay. The Facility Supervisor will provide oversight for site specific locations. This position also provides backup support to other acute services locations. The Facility Supervisor will assist the Director with the facility operation for the CSU. The Facility Supervisor will supervise janitorial staff, and kitchen staff. The position requires flexibility in job tasks and scheduling to accommodate the needs of the CSU location. All CSU facilities require alternating holiday and weekend coverage between Supervisor staff. The primary location for this position is the Adult Crisis Stabilization Unit (Adult CSU) with reporting duties to the Director. Supervises, guides, and/or instructs the work assignments of subordinate staff. May perform routine maintenance on buildings, facilities and grounds. Cleans and maintains assigned areas.
