HS is seeking candidates for the position of Registered Nurse - Operation New Hope. This is a full-time position and eligible for State Benefits. This position will work in a transition unit of up to 30 individuals. The unit will work on 2 12-hour shifts: 7:00am - 7:30pm and 7:00pm - 7:30am.
Job Summary - Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Assess client health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.

* Prepares clients for, and assists with, examinations and treatments.
* Prepares rooms, sterile instruments, equipment and supplies, and ensures that stock of supplies is maintained.
* Provides education to client and family.
* Provides health care, first aid, immunizations and assistance in convalescence and rehabilitation
