Requirements Qualifications: Established patient reevaluations, which include initiating, documenting, and communicating the plan of care to ensure complete screening and preparation of patients. Write orders and provide prescription management, ordering procedures, post-procedure management, maintenance of intrathecal drug delivery pumps, etc. Weekday hours, with no on-call required.
