Our client, a cutting-edge R&D facility, is seeking an Assembler to join their team on 1st shift. Most work is completed in a cleanroom environment, so one must be able to adhere to cleanroom standards. How you will make an impact as a Manufacturing Assembly Technician:
Communicate effectively with a team of 3-4 technicians
Assembly of medical device disposables using screw drivers, torque wrenches, tube cutters, tube stretchers
Heat sealing
Printing labels
Labeling, packaging, and boxing
Gluing and curing with UV wands
Flow testing
Laser welding with fixtures
Leak testing disposable components and subassemblies with fixtures
Tracking and recording serial numbers in a database
Maintain a clean an organized workspace
Skills you need to be successful:
Must be able to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment
Ability to assemble components into finished products
Laser welding experience a plus
Capable of working in a clean room, prior experience in a clean room a plus
