Provide world-class customer support for ISP partners within a 24x7x365 environment. Answer inbound calls, chats and emails in a professional manner that adheres to company and departmental policies. Primary Responsibilities
*Answer inbound technical support phone calls, chats and emails related to ISP partners.
*Consult with customers and provide additional solution in the form of up-selling products and services.

Shifts will be a mixture of first and second shift hours. All schedules after training require working on either a Saturday or a Sunday.

TEKsystems is seeking a Application Support Technician for one of our clients. You will be taking phone calls and supporting different applications as well as general technical support. They utilize ServiceNow ticketing system and take incoming calls for password resets in active directory and some proprietary software for biller and family management in the centers. Provide support collaboratively with the procurement team for food and equipment (this part is a little out of the technical component and more customer service) but you will be doing general technical support in a Microsoft environment and you must have some Active Directory experience to qualify for this role.
