Service door hardware and locks. 5. Service drains. Troubleshoot and Repair 1. Replace light bulbs, ballasts, outlets and switches. 2. Sheetrock repair and painting. 3. Replace ceiling tiles. 4. Replace showerheads, shower cartridges and flush valves. 5. Repair door locks, hinges, panic bars, closures and ADA accessible automatic entry doors. 6. Flooring repairs and cove base replacement. 7. Roof repairs Additional Responsibilities 1. Prioritize and handle a wide variety of work orders, preventative maintenance tasks and emergency repair requests. 2. Interact with staff, members, children, special populations and the elderly in a positive manner at all times. 3. React to building and health related emergencies. 4. Follow organizational policies & procedures. Requirements 1. HS Graduate or equivalent is required. 2. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in one or more of the skilled trades, OR any equivalent combination of relevant education and experience is required. 3.
