This is a hybrid role with 50% on-site requirement in Wilmington, MA. We are seeking a highly analytical, self-driven Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. Manage multiple priorities efficiently with minimal direction, while maintaining accountability for quality and deadlines.
Continuously look for ways to streamline processes, improve reporting, and drive better decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
5+ years of progressive financial analysis or FP&A experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and intellectual curiosity.
Proven experience working independently, managing projects, and driving results with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, including the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated success building relationships across all levels of the organization.
Working knowledge of U.S.GAAP or core accounting principles.
Preferred
Experience with Oracle EPM, Hyperion, Smart View, Essbase, or similar applications.
Experience with SQL querying.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and/or other data visualization tools.
MBA,CPA, CFA or similar advanced credential.
Experience supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $82,500- $110,000. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications. Work directly with Sales Managers and/or Location Managers to resolve any issues
Analyze credit and commission data on a weekly basis to provide forecast models and various reports

Meet deadlines in timely manner

Ensure all supporting backup is verified to accurately payout commissions

What Your Day Looks Like

What We're Looking For

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, major or concentration in business, finance, accounting or related field preferred
3+ years of investment banking, private equity or transaction accounting experience
Solid quantitative and analytical skills, including financial accounting, modeling and analysis
Experience with Pitchbook, S&P Capital IQ, and Deal Cloud is a plus
Interest in the chemicals industry is preferred
Experience with chemistry, chemical engineering or the chemical industry is a plus
Proven leadership skills and the ability to exercise sound independent judgment
Superior organizational and time management skills, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, problem solving, interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Compensation Information
$140K-160K, depending on experience, plus annual bonus.
