Requirements Knowledge and Skills Experience Six months to two years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions, such as cash handling and customer service. Education/Certifications/Licenses A high school degree or GED is required. Interpersonal Skills Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization, generally regarding routine matters for purposes of giving and obtaining information, as well as advising or referring, which commonly require shorter discussions. Candidates for EECU should possess the following knowledge and experience: Support the Financial Centers Two years or more of similar experience in a Financial Institution. Sales skills, knowledge of all EECU products and services. Cross selling and referral skills are strongly preferred Ability to deliver great member experiences in our environment and be invigorated by constant personal interaction weather in the teller line or in a personal banker role.
