What You'll Do
Welcome and assist members at our Pewaukee branch, representing UW Credit Union.
Strive to meet performance goals in line with our Members for Life Sales & Service Philosophy.
Keep a good understanding of all UW Credit Union products and services.
Ensure accurate and efficient handling of member requests at the Teller line.
Follow UW Credit Union's Cash Management policies and procedures.
Investigate potential errors in Teller transactions and communicate with affected members.
Build relationships with members, understand their needs, offer recommendations, and make referrals when appropriate.
Look for ways to exceed our members' expectations.
Work with your branch team to address member and branch needs.

This position is responsible for accurately processing deposit account and loan transactions while adhering to all policies and procedures. The Teller will support the Retail Banking expectations by maintaining customer relationships, providing superior customer service, and referring bank products and services when beneficial and appropriate.
What is your role in the Full-time Teller position:
Effectively process customer transactions with a high level of integrity, accuracy and knowledge.
Operate in full compliance with internal policies/procedures, as well as applicable regulations/laws.
