Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions: * Work with the Purchasing Agent and other team members to develop and maintain a procurement plan as the project schedule is created; this includes buyout status reporting. * Monitor quantity tracking, production and schedule performance. * Perform productivity and unit cost analyses on construction and remediation projects. * Support the determination of estimated actuals for accrual reporting. * Support out monthly deliverables to clients (internal and external), including progress and cost reporting schedule updates, and forecasting. * Assist in providing support for project closeout activities. * Develop and maintain schedules on moderately complex projects in their entirety and portions of scope on highly complex projects. * Maintain cost and schedule baselines in accordance with the guidelines and procedures maintained within the Corporate Reference Library (CRL) or by the contract. * Develop the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for projects during the proposal stage. * Perform critical path and float analysis of the project schedule throughout a project's lifecycle. * Identify and analyze cost and schedule trends and variances to the project baselines. * Support Project Controls employees for any project claims that relate to clients, subcontractors or supplies. * Prepare cost and schedule reports for staff review. * Provide change and configuration management control. * Perform cost to complete forecasting. * Perform earned value management. * Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards. * Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness. * Additional duties as required. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with a focus in Accounting, Economics, Business, Construction Management, Mathematics or a related field. * 3-5 years of applicable experience. * Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and/or Primavera. Preferred Qualifications: * Earned Value Management and database skills. Physical Requirements: * Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns. * Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and using a computer. Work Environment / Environmental Factors: * Have the proper technology to effectively perform the job remotely and efficiently, including a company-provisioned computer, employee-provided high-speed internet access, ability to utilize the Company's virtual private network (VPN), and an adequate setting for conducting video conferences during normal business/working hours.
