Administer injections and assist with medication management under provider supervision
Handle prescription refills, prior authorizations, and lab result follow-ups
Educate patients on diabetes management, thyroid conditions, and medication adherence
Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, answering phones, and insurance verification as needed
Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment
Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
Active MA certification
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a medical office or outpatient setting.
ENT experience strongly preferred candidates without ENT experience must demonstrate a strong clinical background with at least 4+ years of medical office experience and the ability to learn ENT procedures and workflows quickly.
Proficiency with EMR systems Next Gen.
Current BLS certification.
