This role supports high-volume hospital operations and requires strong technical expertise, independence, and the ability to work across multiple laboratory disciplines. Preferred Associate Degree in Medical Technology with formal training (Bachelor's Degree preferred). Minimum 3 years of hospital-based laboratory experience.
