What you will be doing:
Provide end-users, local and remote, technical support of desktop and laptop hardware and software. Research, analyses, and diagnoses problems with client systems including PC hardware and software, servers, peripheral equipment, and networks.
Installs, configures, upgrades, and troubleshoots computer software and hardware, including PC and Mac workstations, servers and peripherals, and network and voice cabling.
Assists in managing regularly used servers and services including e-mail, print and back-up servers, and their associated operating systems and software.
Creates and maintains user accounts, passwords, groups, mail aliases, and other system and network files.
Supports, maintains, coordinates, and troubleshoots network WAN and VPN connectivity.
Identifies and implements technologies and methods of using existing software to help users work more efficiently.
Initiates and/or has field contact with vendor support to resolve technical problems or make improvements with desktop computing equipment and software, servers, and software.
Establish and enforce incident response service level agreements in consultation with end users in the business to establish incident resolution expectations and timeframes.
Analyze performance of incident management activities and detailed resolutions, identify problems, and devise and deliver solutions to improve quality of service and to prevent future problems.
Design and enforce request handling and escalation policies and procedures.
Access software updates, drivers, knowledgebase, and FAQ resources on the internet to aid in problem resolution.
Track and analyze trends in incident reports and generate statistical reports.
Assess need for any system reconfigurations (minor or significant) based on incident trends and make recommendations.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience supporting remote users and offices, fixing and repairing computer hardware.
Solid grasp of PC and MAC experience.
Audio/Video meeting set-up experience.
Warehouse experience (label printers, scan guns, etc.,)
Ability to support regular business hours, after hours, and weekend/holiday on-call support for all systems.
Ability to commute to the Data Center in Downtown Dallas, TX (1950 N. Stemmons Freeway) as needed.
Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's Degree or equivalent and specialized or technical training.
Experience in a Citrix/Terminal server environment.
CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications.

In addition, you will assist with coordinating all aspects of BWC, MVR, MDT, IRR, router, and vehicle-related technology, including scheduling, materials, preparation, and logistics. The general area of responsibility of the position is to work as a technical specialist for the Point-of-Service (POS) system. The duties include support, maintenance, and enhancements to the POS system. The position also supports integration of the PLCB (Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board) ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system with the POS system. This position shares a division of statewide responsibility for the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board's Point of Service (POS) System, which includes both hardware and software for each of over 600 Fine Wine and Good Spirits stores, 10 training academies, several testing sites and management systems. Additional responsibilities include:
Oversees and coordinates the installation of POS equipment and systems in all sites, stores and temporary locations such as festival stores. Ensures that the equipment and systems are installed correctly by working with several support personnel with ranging degrees of technical knowledge. Works with various teams and contractors to accomplish this activity.
Provides a variety of technical support, consultation, and systems enhancement activities for users in various areas of the Liquor Control Board. Acts as an expert on the subject of POS.
Responds as advanced support to escalated problems from Service Now tickets and incoming calls. Problems come from a variety of users and support staff. Opens and resolves service requests with vendors as well as with the internal help desk system.
Provides on-call support for critical issues during off hours on a rotating basis. This includes weekends and some holidays.

This position supports the configuration, maintenance, and performance of engineering applications critical to the design, analysis, and sustainment of national security infrastructure and energy research systems.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering and 4+ years of relevant experience. Equivalent experience will be reviewed in lieu of degree.
For ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, US Citizenship is Legally Required
Preferred Qualifications:
Cloud: Experience managing hybrid environments in Azure or AWS.
Automation: Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for task automation.
Security: Experience with patch management tools (PDQ Deploy/WSUS) and endpoint protection.
Certifications: Microsoft AZ-800, VCP-DCV, or RHCSA are a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Support integrations with enterprise systems such as ERP, ALM, and identity management platforms.
Coordinate and implement system patches, version upgrades, performance tuning, and infrastructure changes.
Provide Tier II/III technical support to end users, engineering teams, and classified program offices.
Participate in audits, compliance checks, and system reviews to meet DOE cybersecurity standards (NIST 800-53, DOE O 205.1C, etc.).
Maintain technical documentation including SOPs, diagrams, and configuration baselines for CREO/Windchill systems.
Collaborate with cybersecurity staff to implement STIGs, POA&Ms, and continuous monitoring plans.
Implement and test disaster recovery and backup strategies to support mission assurance.
Serve as liaison between engineering stakeholders, application vendors, and DOE system owners to resolve complex issues.
Required Skills:
OS: Intermediate-level Windows Server (2016+) and intermediate Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu).
Virtualization: Strong experience with VMware vSphere (ESXi/vCenter) or Hyper-V.
Identity: Active Directory, GPO management, and DNS/DHCP administration.
Hardware: Experience with rack-mounted servers (Dell PowerEdge/HPE ProLiant) and SAN/NAS storage.

This position will serve as a System Analyst V - Azure Administrator reporting to the Server Operations Manager within the IT Operational Support Division of DFPS InformationTechnology Services. The position will perform advanced computer systems analysis work and involves Azure/EntraID/O365 administration, PowerShell scripting, data analysis and server administration. This position will support servers by performing hardware and software support along with assisting with data storage and will support e-Discovery requests as needed. This position will use advanced technical skills to supply scripted automated solutions for simple and complex functionality in the way of deliverables related to the daily operations/maintenance, design, and implementation of applications with a wide range of client and agency specific functionality.
