In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, ensuring they have a smooth and relaxing experience from the moment they arrive.
Responsibilities:
* Warmly greet and check in guests, managing their reservations and payments.
* Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions about our spa services and amenities.
* Efficiently manage the spa's booking system and phone inquiries.
* Assist with retail sales of our exclusive spa products.
* Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
* Conduct regular checks of the pool and spa areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and chemical balance.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a customer service or reception role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency with scheduling software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
