    Awake Overnight Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Make a Difference While the World Sleeps Pay: $19.20/hour Shift: Awake Overnight DSP Per Diem Be the Calm, Caring Presence That Matters Most Are you someone who naturally creates a sense of safety and calm? At LARC, our Awake Overnight Direct Support Professionals play a critical role in ensuring the safety, dignity, and comfort of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout the night. This is meaningful, trusted work that truly matters. This position is awake overnight-you are expected to remain alert and attentive for the entire shift. Important Note: This position serves female individuals. In accordance with state and federal regulations, female gender is a bona fide occupational qualification (BFOQ) for this role due to personal care and privacy needs. What You'll Do As an Awake Overnight DSP, you'll help create a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment during nighttime hours and support individuals as they begin their day. Physical Requirements & Work Environment This is an active, hands-on role.
