Title: Machine Learning Engineer
Responsibilities:
Productize and optimize models from Research into reliable, performant, and cost-efficient services with clear SLOs (latency, availability, cost).
Scale training across nodes/GPUs (DDP/FSDP/ZeRO, pipeline/tensor parallelism) and own throughput/time-to-train using profiling and optimization.
Implement model-efficiency techniques (quantization, distillation, pruning, KV-cache, Flash Attention) for training and inference without materially degrading quality.
Build and maintain model-serving systems (vLLM/Triton/TGI/ONNX/TensorRT/AITemplate) with batching, streaming, caching, and memory management.
Integrate with vector/feature stores and data pipelines (FAISS/Milvus/Pinecone/pgvector; Parquet/Delta) as needed for production.
Define and track performance and cost KPIs; run continuous improvement loops and capacity planning.
Partner with ML Ops on CI/CD, telemetry/observability, model registries; partner with Scientists on reproducible handoffs and evaluations.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelors in computer science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related field required; Master's preferred (or equivalent industry experience).
Strong systems/ML engineering with exposure to distributed training and inference optimization.
Industry Experience:
3-5 years in ML/AI engineering roles owning training and/or serving in production at scale.
Demonstrated success delivering high-throughput, low-latency ML services with reliability and cost improvements.
Experience collaborating across Research, Platform/Infra, Data, and Product functions.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with deep learning frameworks: PyTorch (primary), TensorFlow.
Exposure to large model training techniques (DDP, FSDP, ZeRO, pipeline/tensor parallelism); distributed training experience a plus
Optimization: experience profiling and optimizing code execution and model inference: (PTQ/QAT/AWQ/GPTQ), pruning, distillation, KV-cache optimization, Flash Attention
Scalable serving: autoscaling, load balancing, streaming, batching, caching; collaboration with platform engineers.

Job Description
Facilitates the comprehensive management of site tooling in alignment with the AAM Tooling System standards. Drives continuous improvement and promotes multi-functional cooperation with manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, and general stores to ensure tooling-related topics and concerns are communicated optimally.

Overview

Overview
We're seeking an innovative and driven Senior Analytics Engineer to join our Data Partnerships Data Product team. This team owns the end-to-end strategy for the sourcing, development, and utility of data about market intelligence and retailer observations. The Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op will support the engineering team in improving manufacturing processes, enhancing productivity, and ensuring product quality. This role is designed for college students pursuing a degree in engineering who want hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
Job Description
Assist in developing and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and recommend solutions.
Participate in equipment troubleshooting and maintenance planning.
Create and update work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Production, Maintenance) to resolve process issues.
Assist in design and implementation of tooling, fixtures, and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
All other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Education
Currently enrolled fulltime in a Bachelor's or Graduate program focused on Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Sophomore or above class standing, graduating in December 2026 or later
Able to work 25 hours each week, year-round.
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Must be able to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship.

Cost Estimator Position Overview The Cost Estimator leads in the planning and development of budgetary estimates and quotations for equipment and tooling investment (hard cost) in support of both New Model and Business Plan engineering projects. The role involves utilizing analytical and technical skills to provide accurate cost projections, ensuring that projects are financially viable and competitive. Cost Estimators collaborate with various departments, contractors, and suppliers to gather relevant information and create detailed cost estimates. Cost Estimator Essential Functions
Collaborate with the sales department on reviewing potential new business for quote.
Prepare detailed sales estimates including labor and material requirements.
Build step by step estimate of process and associated cost to manufacture a given part.
Coordinate quoting of any raw material, components, tooling, and outside processes & establish consistent criteria for RFQ process.
Analyzes actual costs to validate estimating standards.
Participate in discussions for cost reduction during part design/development with customers.
Expand outside services list and qualified suppliers.
Look for internal cost savings opportunities in areas that may include raw material utilization, more efficient processing path, and alternative outside processing options.
Proficiency in an ERP system.
Performs other duties that may be assigned.
Cost Estimator Required Experience
Knowledge of costing methods, volume calculations, print reading, 3-D visualization.
Ability to write reports and correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, subcontractors, and employees.
Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as algebra, geometry, trigonometry to practical cost estimating situations.
Ability to use computer software such as word processing and spreadsheets.
Knowledge of drafting programs which may include AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
