This role focuses on delivering exceptional patient service in a fast-paced walk-in clinic environment, handling check ins and payments, and supporting the clinic team to ensure a smooth, welcoming, and efficient patient experience. Key Responsibilities Greet and engage patients, delivering a friendly and professional first impression. Present and explain membership options, promotions, and service benefits to encourage conversions and renewals. Process membership sales, upgrades, and payments accurately. Track and report sales activity, patient visits, and conversion metrics. Support clinic efficiency by managing patient flow and assisting the chiropractic team as needed. Position Summary The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated and motivated Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities * Providing excellent services to members and patients. * The Wellness Coordinators primary responsibility is to gain memberships in order to meet sales goals. *BONUS POTENTIAL* * Greeting members and patients upon arrival.
