The Graphic Designer of Catalog will support the Creative Team in translating art direction into effective and highly creative photo driven layouts for seasonal catalogs and additional consumer and internal facing projects. You will use your passion for elevated design, photography, and Photoshop to create beautiful layouts, and to reimagine interior spaces. You bring a passion for brainstorming and collaborating on projects in a team-based atmosphere and the proven ability to own designs from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Creating multiple catalog layout solutions that explore different expressions of elevated Typesetting and photographic compositions, to present options for final layout selection.
Photoshopping images to align photography with the Creative Director's vision for art direction.
Support the Creative Director's vision by creating mood boards including gathering inspiration for interior design direction, photo art direction, floral direction, layout direction, color direction, furniture direction, location direction, and set direction.
Preparing presentations for catalog concept reviews and catalog pagination reviews.
Manage multiple design projects, and other design deliverables simultaneously.
Participate in design reviews with a range of stakeholders across the organization.
Drive design projects through all creative phases, from concept, to photoshoot planning, to design reviews, to passing off final files.
Responsible for presenting your work to the team, routing files for approval, and releasing organized files to production partners when approved.
Maintain accountability for overall quality of creative work.
Partner with Marketing leads to explore designs that elevate the brand and excite customers.
Experience/Requirements
Creative portfolio showing your superior understanding of Photoshop with multiple visual examples of different Photoshop techniques.
Graphic design portfolio demonstrating photo driven layouts and print-based design solutions with an elevated aesthetic.
Exceptional creative concepting ability, as evidenced by a diverse portfolio of graphic design projects.
Eye for visual storytelling with elevated photography, typesetting and graphic design.
Experience ensuring designs translate to printed pieces.
Organized and able to prioritize, multi-task, and work independently through ambiguity.
Experience creating photo driven designs and maintaining consistent typographic standards.
Strong project management skills as an individual contributor and the ability to influence others as a project leader.
Able to work well in cross-functional teams.
Excellent presentation, collaboration, and communication skills, as well as a strong customer service mentality, and ability to build and maintain relationships.
Visual design expertise demonstrated through mockups, prototypes, and style guides.
Fluent in English, with excellent communication, presentation, and social skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate design concepts appropriately to different audiences in varying levels of the organization.
Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Design, or other relevant field.
Fluent in Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Passion for Interior design, creative drawing and painting with examples of your work is a plus.

Job Summary:
We're seeking a Designer who will promote our mission and elevate our communications. Under the direction of the VP of Men's Design, the Apparel Graphic Designer will be responsible for the creation and execution of apparel graphics with a focus on licensing and brand collaborations. Your work will bring partner brands to life through clear, compelling, and visually exciting design solutions that resonate with our customer. You'll collaborate closely with internal design teams, cross-functional partners, and licensing stakeholders to translate brand identities into elevated graphic applications. You will join an extremely fast-paced team of passionate and energetic creatives working toward our vision to be the world's most fashionable, innovative, and inclusive active-lifestyle brand.
This position will report to the VP of Men's Design.
What You Will Do:
Partner with internal teams and licensing partners to create graphics that align with both Fabletics' aesthetic and the identity of external brands.
Identify cultural, consumer, and category trends that inform and inspire licensed graphic opportunities.
Research inspiration, print and graphic techniques, and compile seasonal mood boards specific to partnerships and collaborations.
Design unique and original licensed graphics, including illustrations, logos, text compositions, trims, and packaging elements.
Create pitch sheets and concept presentations tailored to licensing partners, ensuring alignment on creative direction, technique, and placement.
Translate partner guidelines into on-brand apparel graphic applications that feel fresh and commercially relevant.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Development, Production, Marketing) to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and timely delivery of graphics.
Act as a technical resource for graphic execution across various apparel categories and licensed product lines.
Track, organize, and archive artwork across multiple partnerships and seasons.
Support go-to-market and creative workflow processes, ensuring partner approvals are managed efficiently.
Bring positivity, proactive energy, and a collaborative spirit to the team and partner relationships.
What You Can Bring:
4+ years of apparel graphic design experience, preferably with exposure to licensing or brand collaborations.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
Strong eye for color and the ability to adapt and recolor graphics to meet both brand and partner requirements.
Ability to create vector-based and hand-drawn artwork, with versatility to adapt to multiple brand aesthetics.
Strong understanding of graphic techniques, screen printing, embroidery, appliqué, and specialty finishes.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple licensed projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable presenting creative to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Detail-oriented, highly creative, and solutions-driven.
BFA/BA in Graphic Design or a related field.

APPAREL DESIGN (Full-Time & Internship): A&F Apparel Designers create high quality, aspirational product for each of our unique lifestyle brands. The designer's role at A&F is to take the product from the initial concept through the production of the garment. Designers stay on top of emerging trends through shopping the market, researching vintage, and staying in tune with our customers. This creative research fuels the big picture trend and mood direction at the beginning of each season. Designers focus on every aspect of product development, from fabric and trim selection to editing how the garment fits on live models.
TECHNICAL DESIGN (Full-Time Only): A&F Technical Designers translate flat sketches and trim sheets into physical garments by building detailed tech packs and constructing garments. They are responsible for creating detailed technical illustrations, editing paper patterns, and creating patterns from scratch when necessary. Our technical designers lead cross-functional fit sessions and communicate with vendors and factories to bring our vision to life. They work closely with Apparel Designers, Merchants, and Sourcing Specialists to protect quality construction and fit for each product category.
CAD DESIGN (Full-Time & Internship): A&F CAD Designers create seasonal print, pattern, and embroidery work for all product categories within one of our brands. The annual base salary range for this position is from $75,000-$103,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Savage expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate's related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.

What you'll be doing: * Become a brand expert with a clear understanding of current brand guidelines, maintaining brand consistency throughout all projects * Collaborate with Senior Designer on projects from conception to completion including sales sheets, brochures, trade show/event collateral, signage, social media posts, email marketing, digital ad campaigns, internal marketing requests, and presentation decks
* Create graphics for our global digital signage system
* Post news stories and create graphics for internal SharePoint intranet site
* Assist with content and visual updates across Marketing collateral
* Editing, regionalizing, and co-branding existing graphics and collateral for global audiences
* Create, maintain, and update presentation decks
* Create original designs based on creative direction established by Senior Designer
* Assist with image sourcing and retouching.
* Organize and maintain files for production and distribution
* Participate in team meetings to plan and prioritize assignments

What we're looking for:
* Interest in pursuing a career in design
* Knowledge of layout, typography, hierarchy, branding, and other design fundamentals
* Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (specifically Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
