Job Description:As a QA Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of raw materials, components, and final products aligns with company standards. Your role will include completing accurate documentation to report inspection findings and ensuring compliance with quality engineering principles. Responsibilities:
Inspect raw materials, components, and finished products for quality compliance.
Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and diagrams to perform inspections.
Compute rates, ratios, and percentages while interpreting graphs and statistical data.
Accurately document and report inspection results.
Identify and recommend necessary improvements to maintain product standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
Proficiency in reading blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals.
Strong math skills, including calculating percentages and interpreting graphs.
Basic knowledge of quality engineering principles and statistical analysis.
Ability to use inspection tools and methods effectively.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with MS Office proficiency.

Communicate with Manufacturing & Quality personnel and other disciplines as required in a timely and professional manner.

What you'll do
Perform electrical QA/QC inspections on high voltage substation construction activities
Verify installation of conduit, grounding systems, raceways, cable trays, and steel structures against drawings, codes, and project specs
Manage document control for QA/QC, including inspection reports, test records, ITPs, RFIs, NCRs, punchlists, and turnover packages
Use Procore and other project systems for reporting, documentation, and communication
Support daily/weekly quality meetings, walkdowns, and coordination with construction, commissioning, and client teams

What we're looking for
Prior experience as an Electrical QC / QA/QC Inspector / Electrical Construction Inspector / Electrical Field Engineer

Strong understanding of grounding, conduit, steel erection, and power distribution equipment
Experience with document control and quality records on construction projects
Good communicator who can work closely with field crews, supervision, and client representatives
