Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for all Accounts Payable activities, including processing invoices in Maximo and maintaining AP documentation. Coordinate with supervisors to ensure timely invoice approvals, run reports to track invoice status, and ensure on-time payments. Prepare and post journal entries and reconcile bank statements, AR, AP, and general ledger accounts.
