Title: Facilities Technician Department: Operations Reports To: St. Paul Park & Woodbury Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications & Primary Responsibilities: The Facilities Technician is responsible for proactively maintaining the overall cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the property as well as performing light maintenance tasks. This position has accountability for ensuring all common areas, lawns, and parking lots are clean and display a good appearance.
