The applicant will be a member of a RDN team conducting a federally funded malnutrition grant titled “Malnutrition Health Equity Among Community-Dwelling Older Adults.” This position entails performing malnutrition screenings and comprehensive assessments to include the Nutrition-Focused Physical Exam ( NFPE ) with older adults participating in Utah County community senior centers.
