Currently, we have an AccountExecutive opening with our Vomela Transportation Group in the Philadelphia area. We offer the candidates an opportunity to grow and evolve their careers while working in a fun, fast paced and dynamic environment. Our international network of companies allows members of our sales team to build relationships with and provide marketing and printing solutions to some of the largest and most recognized brands in the world. While previous sales experience is a must, experience with print and graphics is not.
Location: Remote in Philadelphia area
Job Summary:
The AccountExecutive will sell graphic imaging products for manufacturer/printer to business and retail establishments.
Responsibilities:
• Build and establish new business relationships
• Actively strengthen one-on-one relationships with buyers (This is a repeat sale once you establish the relationship you can keep the customer for years)
• Marketing acumen and passion
• Collaborate and consult with your clients to bring new ideas and solutions
• Provide extraordinary customer service throughout the sales process
• Managing the sale using KPI objectives and CRM process
Requirements:
• BS/BA degree
• At least 5 years outside sales experience
• The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced, high energy environment
• Must live within the territory (Philadelphia area)
• Experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce preferred
• Great communication skills

Prepare and deliver client contracts/amendments for assigned book of business, ensuring all documents are fully executed in a timely manner.

About You
Required: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience. 1+ years supervisory experience. Appropriate licensing as required.
Preferred: Eight (8) years' experience in Account Management or Service Delivery, including minimum of five (5) years in Pharmacy Benefit Management industry. Life/Health Agent license. Strong focus on book of business client satisfaction and client retention results. Ability to manage projects. Ability to travel. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Active State of California Health Insurance License or willing to obtain one if hired
Knowledge of and experience with state and federal insurance programs, preferred
2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
Knowledge of the Imperial Valley community is a plus
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.

As our Sales Consultant on the Business Insurance team, you'll develop a comprehensive prospecting plan, including targets and methodology for developing prospects into clients; network centers of influence in order to develop new opportunities; deliver MMA's value proposition for each opportunity and align the Agency's resources and capabilities; leverage referral and targeted introductions from clients, prospects and business relationships. Sales Consultants are at MMA are: Revenue Growth Drivers, Primary Relationship Stewards, Lead Strategists, Complex problem solvers.

High school diploma
Prior B2B sales experience with consultative sales skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and Agency Management Systems

Bachelor's degree or higher with specialization in Risk Management
