Job Description:
Analyze blueprints, specifications, and contract requirements to prepare accurate estimates for doors, frames, and hardware.
Use estimating software to price material and labor for projects based on blueprints and specifications.
Participate in pre-bid reviews to ensure accuracy.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
AutoCAD or Revit software experience is helpful, but not required.
Mechanical aptitude.
Detail oriented. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
