Key Responsibilities:
Align the needs of the customer with corporate objectives, the Business Development Manager will have key responsibilities that include, but are not limited to:
Full responsibility to deliver on the sales revenue and commercial activity for the Preclinical Services Business Unit in your region, working together with your manager to establish/execute a strategic plan that supports the growth of the business.
Demonstrated experience of handling complex deals with the ability and experience to negotiate firmly and be confident in setting expectations with clients at all levels ensuring the needs of the business are met.
Secure partnerships with President, VPs and Directors at new companies, to truly understand the customers' needs and build long‑term trust.
HUNTER skill set - account planning, prospecting, lead qualification and development of new business.
Technically supporting customers through trainings, collateral development, customer visits and regular communication.
Proactively gather & analyze market conditions, technical trends, VoC insights, and competitive landscape to drive the business strategy.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related scientific discipline.
8+ years of combined lab and commercial sales experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience growing portfolios in a competitive, dynamic services and screening market required.
Experience working in a laboratory setting preferred.
Able to travel for customer visits and/or attend/present at conferences/scientific meetings.
Flexibility to work with the global teams and able to conduct/attend meetings outside of typical local business hours.
Strategic and tactical business acumen with experience of driving profitability and growth.
Detail‑oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills
The base salary range for this full-time position is 120,000.00 - 140,000.00 . This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for Enterprise partners looking to leverage Plaid in a number of ways from Pay-by-Bank to account funding to KYC. You'll support these partners across the partner lifecycle - from integration, to first customer live, to scaling volumes, to product expansion (upselling). You'll be responsible for working directly with internal and external stakeholders across functions - from product to legal to engineering - to support some of our most critical partners' businesses.
Successful candidates in this role have a blend of commercial skills, general business aptitude, and a track record driving complex cross-functional workstreams. Past experience in tech partnerships, business development, other strategic commercial roles, and/or top-tier consulting/finance roles make for a good team fit.
Responsibilities
Partner management: Own all aspects of the partner relationship (business, product, growth strategy) with support from our cross-functional teams (support, implementation).
Partner growth and upselling: Elevate our partner relationships through key milestones - from completed integration to “first customer live” to scale, and ultimately to selling additional products.

Qualifications
4+ years account management experience in a dynamic high-growth environment, and 7+ years of overall work experience.

Echodyne is seeking a Partner Specialist to join our fast-growing team. The Partner Specialist - GBDAA will focus on driving adoption of Echodyne's radar technology for Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) operations and Ground-Based Detect and Avoid (GBDAA) systems, developing strong relationships with partners and customers across the uncrewed aviation ecosystem while managing direct sales opportunities that accelerate radar deployment. RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and manage relationships with system integrators, UAS manufacturers, AAM OEMs and operators, and technology partners developing GBDAA solutions that enable BVLOS flight operations.
Identify and pursue direct sales opportunities with key accounts where Echodyne's radar delivers critical detect-and-avoid capabilities.
Identify internal and external support needed to cultivate strategic partnerships.
Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives within prospective partners and customers.
Lead the development of partner profiles, including partner needs, issues, hopes, and biases.
Conduct high-level conversations with aviation program managers, UAS operators, and technical stakeholders to position Echodyne as the preferred radar solution for GBDAA.
Conduct on-site overviews and training of the product and represent Echodyne at conferences and test sites.
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
Deep understanding of AAM, BVLOS and GBDAA operations and the broader UAS ecosystem.
Proven ability to generate revenue through both partner and direct sales channels.
Organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
Demonstrated technical acumen and the ability to articulate technical concepts.

Role Summary
We're looking for a Partner Lead to drive the success of Imprint's co-branded credit card programs. This role is perfect for an entrepreneurial, solutions-oriented leader who thrives in fast-moving, cross-functional environments. You'll collaborate closely with brand partners and internal teams to launch and optimize initiatives that boost engagement, enhance marketing performance, and deliver operational excellence, all while shaping the future of financial partnerships at Imprint.
Responsibilities
* Own the relationship with partner brands, including day-to-day coordination of strategic initiatives, marketing and product work.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and operational updates.
* Coordinate planning, budgeting, and performance forecasting in partnership with Finance and senior Commercial team members, delivering actionable insights and identifying opportunities to drive program growth.
* Own documentation, timelines, and communication plans to ensure smooth cross-team execution.
* Drive strategic ad-hoc projects that enhance operations, partner satisfaction and cross-functional productivity.
* Partner with Compliance and Risk to help ensure programs adhere to regulatory and brand standards.
Qualifications
Required:
* 2-4 years of experience in consulting, program management, client services, or a related field.
* Exposure to financial services, payments, or loyalty programs preferred.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Comfortable analyzing performance data and summarizing findings for stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both internal teams and external partners.
* Collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Nice to have:
* Experience working in fintech, credit, or partnership-driven businesses.

Peer Partner will respond to referrals from the Warmline, Legal Services Partners, Emergency Response Social Workers or community in general, for families residing in SPA 6 who have had a child abuse and neglect report filed or are experiencing a current investigation with the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS), Peer Partner is responsible for contacting the family within 24 hours and offering support, conducting assessments, developing a plan, linking to resources and providing parent rights education. Peer Partner will also help identify participant strengths, needs, barriers and risks and link families directly to community resources as well as legal services, as indicated. Peer Partner shall also provide emotional support to the family.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Responds to Warmline calls and/or DCFS and Community/Self referrals within 24 hours of receipt.
Effectively conduct outreach and engagement with participants and enroll in program services.
Conduct initial intake and assessment; develop in collaboration with family, a family service plan that identifies needed services and supports, including but not limited to behavioral health treatment, home visitation, and housing.
Contact community legal partners as needed for support and direction.
Assist participants with linkage to identified resources, including legal services, as needed.
Provide on-going contact with families based on program protocol and individual case plan for a minimum of six months to ensure progress and provide case management services as needed.
Collect required data and complete all needed documentation within the timelines provided and in an organized manner, including clear and well written progress notes.
Participate in case conferences and other related meetings with partner programs and agencies.
Maintain a working knowledge of existing community programs and resources, the services provided and eligibility requirements.
Maintain positive working relationships with local linkage and referral agencies.
Maintain caseload documentation in compliance with all agency policies and procedures as well as federal, state, county and local regulations.
Attends and participates in staff meetings, supervision, and all training as required.
Respond to requests for information in a timely manner.
Assist with the coordination of program events and activities
May be required to respond to participants during non-work hours.
