OVERVIEW:
The CTS III is responsible for providing world-class training and clinical support to physicians and staff to effectively drive LAL adoption. This role supports clinical efforts at customer sites through hands-on procedure support, staff training, clinical evaluations, LDD treatments, post-operative follow-ups, patient counselor education, and continuous outcomes optimization.
The CTS III plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality, consistent execution of LAL-specific clinical methods and fostering full operational integration of the LDD within each practice. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Train Physicians and staff on RxSight technology and best practices and pearls.
Partner with designated Customer Development Managers (CDMs) to execute LAL adoption strategies, including identification of training gaps, underutilizing surgeons, outcomes analysis, and ongoing performance tracking.
Collaborate on the development and execution of 30/60/90-day clinical adoption plans tailored to each customer site's opportunity and growth objectives.
Communicate with sites to identify key on-site personnel, set proper expectations to ensure full site readiness to accept RxSight technology prior to customer onboarding.
Co-manage New Customer Introduction with CDM, onboarding and ongoing training/educational activities to ensure full operational competence in compliance with current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as directed.
Conducting periodic audits of the effectiveness of the Clinical Training program.
Lead customer complaint-handling and management, when requested by collecting data and providing input on possible solutions to escalated clinical issues.
Provide clinical support and training on LAL patient selection, implantation, postoperative evaluation, and LDD treatments, ensuring best practices and consistency across assigned accounts.
Provide strategies and customer feedback for implementing clinical methodology to optimize results of RxSight technology.
Monitor and update the Training Portal (RxConnect) in real-time to ensure accurate reflection of CTS/customer activity as well as training readiness of each customer site.
Participate in site-level business reviews to provide clinical performance feedback and contribute to account strategy updates.
Maintain accountability for LAL growth and clinical execution at assigned accounts, tracking real-time performance and engaging proactively to resolve barriers to adoption.
Execute Outcomes analysis and present to customers reflecting the LAL's world class clinical outcomes.
Ensure proper use and communication of marketing and patient education materials.
Perform period Cycle Count activity of ASC LAL Inventory ensuring proper reporting and cadence of reporting.
Requirements:
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Demonstrable ability to liaise with individuals of all levels, to include surgeons, clinical staff and facility administrators.
Significant clinical experience includes planning of cataract surgery, refractions/biometry and associated device operations.
Strong knowledge of the cataract patient diagnostic and evaluative process at the clinic level, including patient flow.
Strong understanding and OR experience related to Cataract Surgery.
Proven and excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Ability to travel up to ~75% of the time.
6+ years Clinical experience in ophthalmic industry.
Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle and travel without restriction in the applicable region of the world.
Ability to interpret clinical performance trends and apply targeted solutions to increase LAL usage and practice-level consistency.
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Development Managers to implement adoption strategies.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Although this position does not have formal supervisory responsibilities, the CTS III is expected to take clinical ownership of assigned customer sites, leading day-to-day training execution and acting as a role model in driving consistent LAL usage.
The role will support new customer onboarding, retraining initiatives, and practice development activities in collaboration with CDMs, Clinical Affairs Liaisons (CALs), and Sales partners. CTS IIIs are expected to maintain high standards of clinical excellence and accountability across their territory.

The Technical Trainer is the primary instructor/trainer on Habasit belting products and end user applications which use Habasit belting products. This role has the main responsibility for planning the training curriculum and instructing new and tenured customer care representatives and sales associates. The Technical Trainer shall also monitor and measure outcomes and effectiveness of his/her training initiatives; and improve learning solutions to better reach targeted results when necessary.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Responsible for Habasit belting product training and customer applications training
Provides an engaging instructional experience utilizing effective training methodologies, techniques, concepts, tools and practices, and which aims full retention of information presented during training sessions.
Responsible for curating existing training materials and for development of new/improved content when existing content is not available
Responsible for grading and training record management of trainees
Responsible for identifying training needs and trainee needs commensurate with business objectives, position requirements, and consulting with management when applicable.
Assists with implementation, facilitation and maintenance of e-learning initiatives related to product training.
Must be available for both in person (live) and virtual training situations
Secondary responsibility, as time permits, to lead the development and instruction on Habasit products for customer education/marketing purposes
Responsible for operating within budgetary requirements
Any other duties as assigned

Work closely with team members to ensure that all relevant completed medical documentation is submitted for timely review. Maintains appropriate contact with all team members on leave and coordinates all aspects of return to work for team members on leave
Communicate any updates to management/HR on team member's leave of absence or return to work status as well as manages team member return to work or separation of employment
Report and manage metrics and analytics for all leave cases. Present reports as requested
Partners closely with HR on all leave cases
Serve as backup and provide support to on-site human resources for operations team member leaves
Manages STD/LTD programs in conjunction with the benefit team. Ensures that all disability claims are coordinated with FMLA or general medical cases
Serve as the point of contact for the appeal process with the State of Oregon for Family Paid Leave appeals, or similar programs
Assists in the creation and facilitation of leave administration training
Other duties as assigned

How would you contribute?

The Mold Specialist is responsible for the proper set up, operation, and processing of high-speed injection molding machines and robots to produce high-quality parts efficiently. This role adjusts machine settings according to specifications to meet quality expectations and focuses on machine operation and troubleshooting. The position is responsible for maintaining quality, scrap, and machine efficiencies in assigned area. The Mold Specialist is also required to complete basic training and continue to build technical skills after training. This position may require the employee to work on various types of equipment and in various areas as needed to fulfill job responsibilities and business needs.
Essential Duties:
Perform machine start-up and shut down to required procedures.
Perform process troubleshooting to ensure part conformity and quality.
Evaluate product acceptability after completion of machine adjustments and/or color changes.
Review production schedule and make color, material, and label changes during shift.
Review and perform floor inspection and diameter size check; report and follow up on items needing technical corrections.
Proactively perform quality inspections and document product quality and color shades to ensure product is within specifications.
Report questionable products to MPS, Quality Auditors and/or Leaders and make timely adjustments.
Assist in training other Mold Specialists
Assists other teams as needed by working in different areas or with different injection molding machines.
Monitor and continually work toward reducing scrap on targeted machines.
Monitor and maintain required cycle times to ensure maximum production with least defects.
Maintain safety and housekeeping expectations, report potential machine or work hazards, respond immediately to emergency machine problems, and ensure the safety of co-workers within designated work area.
Collaborate with team members on new machines, mold, materials, processes, and procedures.
Continually develop technical knowledge by actively working and learning alongside experienced team members.
Ensure effective transfer of information across shifts in shift "pass down."
Prepare maintenance work orders and ensure compliance with Preventative Maintenance Programs.
Maintain accurate computer logs to include quality audits, documenting adjustments, resolutions and support requested.
Maintain company attendance standards.
Report on food safety concerns to management.
Perform other duties as assigned.

The Workday Specialist will be the Workday business partner that supports our global user groups. This role provides a strong partnership to support and continuously improve the functionality, efficiency and the adoption of our global Workday HCM platform, and other systems (global payroll and timekeeping).
The Workday Specialist will play a key role in delivering a high-quality service experience for our stakeholders by managing requests for changes in configuration, managing annual releases and maintenance, creating and updating reports and scoping and executing roadmap items across our expanding environment and leading global Workday project deliverables for various teams.
The candidate will have proven experience in Workday environments. Experience in Workday time tracking, attendance, compensation and payroll is preferred. Candidate will also have a track record of successful problem solving, a systems mindset that can diagnose complex business challenges and the desire to work in fast-paced environments in various time zones.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a first point of contact and subject matter expert for business users to expand their Workday knowledge
Manage the global Workday Request Ticket System from client groups for the Workday environment
Troubleshoot business process gaps and propose solutions that streamline the flow of information across the company
Create and update reports, dashboards, and hubs that bring HCM data to life for the business users
Integrate with global business partners and leadership to ensure system alignment and adoption
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather business requirements and translate those requirements into well architected Workday solutions that best leverages the platform
Plan, design, configure/develop, deploy, test, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday business processes and solutions in the following functional areas: HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Time & Absence, Payroll, Advanced Compensation, Learning, Talent, Performance Management, Integrations and more
Manage and configure Workday security and permissions
Manage Workday annual releases including enabling relevant desired new features, and testing, and updating as needed
Create and maintain documentation on business processes, configuration, and other resources as needed
Skills and Experience:
3-5 years of HCM support and implementation experience in Workday
Global payroll, time and absence, and compensation experience is preferred
Broad-based Workday admin experience
Workday reporting experience
Familiarity with HR KPI's and metrics and how to report on them
Ability to manage global projects, priorities and deadlines
Ability to work as a team member on a highly collaborative and flexible team
Excellent customer service and communication skills to work with internal customers directly to resolve issues
Problem-solving focus, that centers around users experience and efficiency
Experience creating and optimizing process flows across multiple functions
