Our Nurse Residency Program is designed for any recent RN graduates and nurses with less than one year of acute care experience. It will provide the best possible start for your nursing career. Including: a dynamic combination of classes, lab experiences, a preceptor unit-based orientation, as well as training in our Simulation Center.
We utilize state of the art human patient simulators, that will strengthen your assessment, critical thinking, and clinical skills, and help you become a safe, practicing, and confident Registered Nurse!
This is a full time, paid, comprehensive program, specifically designed to meet the unique needs of today's new nurses. You can expect an orientation that focuses on the skills and knowledge base required for nursing in D-H's academic, acute care environment.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Employee Housing Caretaker helps create a safe, clean, and welcoming living environment for Stratton's team members. This role oversees the daily upkeep and maintenance of assigned housing buildings and grounds, serves as the first response for maintenance issues, and supports resident move-ins and move-outs. This is position is compensated between $21.00 - $23.00/hour, based upon experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Perform daily and weekly inspections of housing units and common areas
Complete light maintenance, cleaning, painting, and repair work
Maintain grounds, including snow removal, lawn care, and debris cleanup
Respond to maintenance requests and coordinate with Facilities for larger repairs
Support resident move-ins and move-outs, ensuring rooms are clean and ready
Maintain accurate records of inspections and repairs
Build positive relationships with residents and report safety or housing concerns promptly
Additional duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma, or equivalent required
Prior experience in maintenance, property care, or janitorial work preferred

Check-in guests and collect fees
Provide campground information to guests
Promote and sell merchandise
Monitor the campground email daily for timely communication

Maintenance and Housekeeping

We're looking for full-time veterinarians who are compassionate, team players and strong communicators. We could support experienced veterinarians or provide a fantastic mentorship program to support new or recent graduates. The ideal candidate(s) will be a new graduate with a desire for strong, quality mentorship or a seasoned veterinarian looking to bring their expertise and skill to a high-quality practice.
