Qualifications Minimum Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Technology preferred; Associate degree in Engineering discipline acceptable. * 3-5 years of experience in a technical or manufacturing field (equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree). * Knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods, and tool design. * Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniques. * Ability to work independently and self-motivate. * Commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards. * Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
