Our Market Bartenders provide outstanding guest service and product to ensure that each of our guests enjoy a memorable experience with each visit.
Prepare guest checks through POS terminal functions and process guest payments by cash, credit card, comps and all other tender types
Uphold procedures for Bartender banks
Responsible for proper check-out procedures
Responsible to ensure accurate accounting of all bar monies
Appear in uniform for all shifts at the scheduled time
Ensure proper rotation of all liquor, beer, wine and consumable items
Keep bar top clean and free of dirty glasses, dirty ashtrays, trash, etc. throughout shift. Clean all spills and waste immediately and place all trash in proper receptacles
Proper setup and maintenance of event and or banquet function spaces
Inform management of any complaint, comments or incident
Ability to create and maintain a guest and staff service rapport
Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite manner
Anticipate guest needs
Provide information to Guests regarding our venues, menus and pricing
Adhere to all company Standard Operating Procedures
Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through your work area throughout shift
Report any incidents of theft, vandalism, or violations
Respond to Guest concerns/complaints and correct errors or resolve complaints with a positive attitude
Recognize and acknowledge when guests are becoming intoxicated and/or are intoxicated
Monitor potentially intoxicated and/or disruptive guests and promptly bring to a Manager's attention
Refuse further service of alcohol to overly intoxicated Guests in a courteous and safety-minded manner
Comply with all safety and health department procedures and all state and federal liquor laws.
Maintain company safety and sanitation standards
Ensure nightly/weekly and opening/running/closing duties are completed
Record and report any equipment failure and/or safety hazards to a Manager immediately
Assist all other team members as needed

* Turn in paper work with order for check before loading and have truck checked

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
Drive power pallet jack/ electric pallet jack to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet or voice pick audio equipment (if applicable)
Mark load ticket for out of stock items
Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished
Turn in paper work with order for check before loading and have truck checked
Stage pallet and/or load into truck when ready
Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Experience working in a warehouse environment (e.g., order selector/picking product storage, product staging, powered pallet jack/forklifts, etc.)
Driving a forklift (e.g., performing basic operations such as driving forwards, driving backwards, lifting and lowering boom, maneuvering in tight areas without damaging product, etc.)
Working with racking systems and loading/unloading pallets (e.g., pulling and placing pallets on/off vertical product racking systems and trucks, maximizing storage by stacking products vertically, etc.)
Experience working in a team environment (e.g., cooperating with co-workers, joint problem solving, etc.)
Professional, Customer Service Focused, Comfortable in a Warehouse Setting
Ensure a professional code of conduct at all times.
Follow all organizational and safety policies and procedures.
Help maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers/trucks. Ensure proper stacking of all products to minimize product damage.
Maintain upkeep of assigned equipment. Ensure all equipment (Pallet jacks/scanners etc.) are in proper working order.
Check for signs of contamination, expiration dates or other signs of unsafe storage
Complete daily assigned tasks and paperwork given by management team.
Demonstrate courtesy, respect, and politeness in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and guests.
Possess strong communication skills and display professional conduct at all times.
Ability to multitask and think on your feet.
