Resident Care SL Universal WorkerEventide- Fargo is currently looking for a part time Universal Worker to work 48 hours per pay period in Senior Living. This position will work from 7:00a-3:30p and includes a holiday rotation and every other weekend. The Senior Living Universal Worker will provide safe personal care assistance to tenants. They will also perform cleaning, laundry and planning and implementation of activity program duties. Ideal Candidate• High School Diploma required• A current North Dakota Certified Nursing Assistant license is required. • A current Certified Medication Aide I is preferred or willing to obtain. Essential Job Functions Assists with ADL's-bathing, dressing and grooming.Assist residents with ambulation and/or therapeutic exercises.Observe and/or assist with medications, ordinarily self administered. May give oral, trans-dermal patches eye drops, topical ointments and suppositories under the direction of the nurse.Read and record temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, and weight.Provide adequate nutrition and fluid intake.Performs blood sugar testing and documents results.Socialize with residents.
