About You 5‑7+ years of hands‑on experience with large, complex data sets and delivering analytics solutions in fast‑paced or scaled environments. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics…); advanced degrees and/or specializations a plus. Highly proficient in SQL, with the ability to write efficient, optimized queries for large‑scale datasets. Experience building and maintaining dashboards in Looker or similar BI tools. Demonstrated experience with data modeling, dimensional modeling, and dbt. Experience with code management and deployment on GitHub. Demonstrated ability to lead analytics or reporting projects end‑to‑end, from scoping to stakeholder communication. Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences, including business stakeholders, data engineers, and product teams. Experience working with event data or user/product analytics tools (e.g., Heap) is a plus. Passion for data and its fundamental ability to create value.
