Business Development Representative (Outside Sales) LOCATION: Carrollton, TX 75006 SHIFT: Full-Time; Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM COMPENSATION: Competitive Base Salary plus Commission SUMMARY: The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for market growth / new business. Will work directly with operations to ensure that the hiring needs of our clients and the contract employees' payroll expectations are met. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REP DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform all sales and service functions for targeted markets. Outside solicitation/Cold calls of new clientele. Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and recommend candidates. Prepare, calculate, and negotiate bill rates with clients. Relationship-Oriented Builds and maintains business relationships throughout the sales cycle. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REP QUALIFICATIONS Valid driver's license and company-required car insurance coverage. Reliable transportation. High School Diploma or GED. Outside sales experience preferred.
