This role oversees key operational functions related to employee support, hiring coordination, onboarding, internal programs, and team resources, while partnering closely with Corporate People (HR), Recruiting, Finance, and Technology teams.
As a primary point of contact for employee-facing operational needs within the Wasserman platform, this role facilitates coordination across internal teams to ensure employees are supported, processes run efficiently, and operational standards are maintained as the Creators group continues to grow.
What You'll Do
* Act as the group's primary point of contact to the Wasserman operations platform for employee-facing needs, including People, Recruiting, internal tools, and systems
* Serve as a first-line resource for day-to-day employee questions, exercising sound judgment and escalating to the People Partner when appropriate
* Work with leadership, the broader operations team and HR on implementing and maintaining company-specific employee processes within the group, including employee reviews, mentorship, and training initiatives
* Support leadership in the execution of career pathing and employee review processes for non-agent employees and consultants, including conducting reviews and providing mentoring as requested
* Own the operational execution of hiring across the group, including job description development, application vetting support, interview coordination, and process tracking
* Work alongside Corporate Recruiting and hiring managers to ensure the Creators group has the proper resources, pipelines, and coordination in place for successful hiring
* Manage college recruiting and internship pipelines, including coordination and candidate tracking
* Partner with the Sr. Director of Strategic Operations and Finance to track headcount, open roles, and hiring pipelines (excluding budgeting or forecasting responsibilities)
* Lead employee onboarding logistics and maintain onboarding and training materials to ensure a consistent experience
* Coordinate structured 30/60/90-day employee touchpoints and surface insights to leadership as appropriate
* Maintain department databases, internal documentation, and team resources; generate reports and trackers as required
* Manage intake and coordination of technology and system requests in partnership with IT and Operations
* Plan and support internal team meetings, events, and engagement initiatives
* Identify operational challenges and proactively implement solutions to improve efficiency and clarity
* Operate initially as an individual contributor with the opportunity to build additional operational support as the organization grows
