As part of the operations system team, you will work with highly motivated engineers, experts, and innovators in the data center industry. The Monitoring, Analysis, Response, and Communication (MARC) Technician will have a direct impact on the overall customer experience. The MARC Technician will have the ability to assist the MARC team, to design solutions for complex problems, to assist & manage outside contractors, be on call for emergencies, to handle multiple projects and daily activities, and meet tough timelines.
