Tower Climber Top Hand (Tower Technician III) We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced towers climbers to join our established and growing team. Tower Modification Technician (Top Hand) As a Tower Top hand you will be working in a team environment assisting with projects, which may include: new builds, site mods, water tanks or on a roof tops. Daily activities may include on-site installation, repair, and modification. You will be gain knowledge in effectively utilizing tools, technology, and other resources to install mounts, antennas, grounding, cad welding, associative RF components, and/or inspecting structures. You will be expected to follow all safety requirements set forth by Federal, State, Industry and RMC regulations at all elevations. Position is supervised by Construction Manager. Essential Job Functions Must be able to work at heights up to 1500'; Lead crew in carrying out installation, repair, modification, optimization, or acceptance test procedures of wireless infrastructures and electrical equipment Must have knowledge of installation of wireless infrastructure including but not limited to antennas, feed lines, fiber, shelters, self-support towers, guy towers, and monopoles. Run top and bottom of tower. Able to analyze and interpret site data and measurements. Must have knowledge of proper troubleshooting and repairing techniques of steel work. Complete all site photos (down tilts, side tilts, azimuths, etc.) and close out documents required. Must be competent with tools at high levels.
