Experienced Tower Technician We are looking for dynamic individuals who want to pursue an exciting and rewarding career as a Tower Technician! Install and maintain telecommunications equipment on towers, including antennas, cabling, weatherproofing, coax and grounding. Assemble and erect cell towers. Use hand and power tools to install and position equipment and materials efficiently. Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot equipment to identify and resolve issues. Gather of closeout information (photos, antenna height verification, etc.) Other aspects of general construction such as light civil work, working with steel and other various labor intensive tasks. Work as a team to function as part of a 3-4-man crew. Adhere strictly to safety protocols, especially while working at heights and in various weather conditions. Key Requirements: Valid driver's license. Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Tower Technician or successful completion of a Tower Technician program.
